Certificate Program Application

Applications for the 2024 cohort will be accepted until June 20, 2024 however we encourage you to apply early.

Items needed to complete the application:

Resume in PDF format to be uploaded. It should should be up-to-date and include work experience, education and other interests and activities.
Personal Statement in PDF to be uploaded. Please share a biographical sketch of yourself including descriptions of the following:
- your childhood;
- your involvement with children;
- your familiarity and experience with Waldorf education, the work of the Pikler Institute, and othe early childhood educational approaches;
- reasons for your interest in this program;
- any other information you think may be helpful to us when considering your application.
A Letter of Recommendation from someone (non-family member) who can share your ability to complete and be successful in this program. Please download this form to provide to the recommender. Have them send the letter of recomendation as a PDF to cynthia@sophiashearth.org.

AGREEMENT

Students must have technological ability, own or have access to a computer, and have access to an email account. Some coursework requires use of a computer, so students must have basic word processing ability to be able to complete all assignments. Communication between the Institute and program students generally takes place via email. Some courses may have an online component so students must be able to access the internet.
